The tournament will be held in full compliance with the rules of FIFA and the Bulgarian Football Union.Games in the different age groups will be played according to the tournament schedule of that age group. The tournament schedule will be determined by the number of teams and established at the technical conference.
Price per participant is from 420 lvs to 740 lvs depending on the hotel and the chosen food program  /menu or all inclusive /

The price includes:Participation in the tournament;
- Accommodation - 4 nights;
- Full board - breakfast, lunch, dinner

-A deposit for the reservation of the hotels 500 lvs   before  20.01.2025.

FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT "Sandanskicup’’  2025


1. The rules
The tournament will be held in full compliance with the rules of FIFA and the Bulgarian Football Union.
Starting  date for the tournament :    19/02/2025
 Technical conference:                      19/02/2025  -  20.00  h.
Awarding and closing ceremony:      23.02.2025  -  13.00  h.
      
      Games in the different age groups will be played according to the tournament schedule of that age group.The tournament schedule will be determined by the number of teams and established at the technical conference 19/02/2025 – 20.00 h.
        
      The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the tournament schedule  during the tournament.
The organizers are covering the medical service only during the matches from the tournament.

      If a team does not arrive 15 min. after the arranged time the team will receive a
technical loss of 0:3.
      An unlimited number of substitutions is allowed per game but a substituted player is not allowed to play again in that game.
In football 7 and football 9 hockey substitutions are allowed.

      The teams receive 3 points for winning,1 for a draw and 0 for a loss.
      In case of a tie of teams from one age group additional criteria are taken into account  in the following order:direct match, goal difference, number of goals,.In case of equal criteria a draw is to determine the winning team.
In the U11 age group teams play on a smaller pitch with 8 field players and 1 goalkeeper.
In the U10 age group teams play on a smaller pitch with 6 field players and 1 goalkeeper.

      Each player must play in the tournament with the same competitive number till the end of the tournament.
      When a player receives two yellow cards,he is punished for one (1) meeting.

      When a player receives a red card,he is punished for one (1) meeting.During the match another player may substitute the player who received a red card but after 5 minutes of play time.

      If a player insults an official of the tournament- the case is described in the referee reports, and the penalty is up to two (2) meetings.


For improper behavior of athletes and team officials the guilty will be punished with a warning, technical loss or by removal from the tournament.If a team is eliminated from the tournament, all of the team’s games are considered to be lost 0:3.

       In case of disputes, the parties have to send written objections to the sports technical committee of the tournament, in descending order of duty protocol delegate. A commission shall consider the objections and decide on the case after a preliminary fee of 50 levs.
If it is proven that older than the limit for the age group children have participated in the same age group the team that the children played for will play the rest of the matches but will be taken out of the ranking.
If a match cannot be played because of bad atmospheric conditions it will be delayed. If it cannot be played until the end of the tournament the ranking is based on the other matches. If a match is not played both teams are awarded 0 points.
     
       After the tournament the players will be awarded both individually and as teams.
     
       The organizers and sponsors of the tournament will reward the children and all the participants.
       The organizers reserve the right to combine two adjacent age groups if there are not enough teams in the age groups or if the trainers agree.

4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
 

1. Pre-competition medical examination.
2. List of the athletes with ID numbers and competitive number endorsed by the club.
3.A document which can prove when a certain player is born(birth certificate, ID card,a passport or document from school)
4. Group insurance for the time of the tournament.
The documents have to be presented on the  technical conference.The trainers have to sign a declaration which ensures that they will be charged for any damage in the dressing rooms of the stadiums and in the hotels.
